Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the VeeSafe platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Federal compliance notice

Use of the platform may involve activities related to CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS 252.204-7012, HB 96, SPRS scoring, and POA&M or SSP documentation. VeeSafe is not a certifying body, auditor, or legal advisor.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be 18 or older and authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for maintaining MFA, protecting credentials, and managing user access.

4. License

VeeSafe grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the platform for internal business purposes.

5. Prohibited activities

No bypassing security controls, no reverse engineering, no unlawful use, no misrepresentation of compliance posture, and no submission of false information to regulators or primes.

6. AI generated content

AI generated content is based solely on your inputs, not independently verified, not legal advice, and not guaranteed to be accurate or compliant. You must review every output before use.

7. Payment

Fees are billed in advance and are non refundable. Late payments may result in suspension. See pricing.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with thirty days notice. VeeSafe may suspend access for security concerns, non payment, or misuse.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided as is, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.

10. Limitation of liability

VeeSafe's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify VeeSafe for claims arising from your inputs, your submissions to third parties, your misrepresentations, or your failure to maintain controls.

12. Governing law and arbitration

Governed by Ohio law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Ohio under AAA Commercial Rules. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

13. Changes

Material changes require re acceptance. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
