By submitting any assessment, score, policy, plan, or document generated through the VeeSafe platform, the Client attests that:
- All information provided to the platform is true, accurate, and complete.
- All controls claimed as implemented are in place and functioning.
- All evidence uploaded is authentic and current.
- All representations made to the DoD, Cyber AB, prime contractors, auditors, or regulators are based on the Client's actual environment.
The Client understands that false statements may result in False Claims Act liability, contract termination, debarment, or criminal penalties. The Client accepts full responsibility for all submissions, attestations, and compliance outcomes.
