What we collect
Account info (email, name, organization), the compliance evidence and notes you upload, and standard server logs (IP, timestamps, user-agent). That's it. We don't run third-party ad trackers or behavioral analytics.
Why we collect it
To run the platform you signed up for, generate your assessment artifacts, maintain audit trails required by federal frameworks, and keep your data secure. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Only you and the people you explicitly invite to your workspace. The VeeSafe founder may access your tenant only when you request support and only with your consent in writing. We never sell your data, ever.
How long we keep it
While your account is active, plus 30 days after cancellation so you can export. Audit logs are retained for 7 years to meet federal recordkeeping requirements. You can request deletion at any time — see the privacy policy.
Your rights
You can export, correct, or delete your data anytime. Email privacy@veesafetechnology.com and we'll respond within 7 days.
